About Matthew Finnegan
Matthew has approaching 20 years recruitment experience, specialising in executive search for over 12 years.
Matthew has been a key member of Redgrave Partners since its inception.
He leads the Human Resources practice, focusing on the delivery of Chief People Officer, HR Director, L&D, OD, Reward, Talent Acquisition, ER, and Employee Engagement roles for client across a range of industries.
He leads the Media practice, where he has proven experience of delivering management to board level hires across all the key functional areas.
He is also a core member of the Chief Financial Officer practice.
A graduate in Business & Psychology from Aston University, Matthew lives in Guildford with his wife and two children.

Redgrave Partners were retained to hire this newly created role, as result of significant growth within the group, and a requirement to build succession planning within the corporate strategy team. Following a thorough, international search process, a strong short list was agreed with the hiring manager.
This resulted in a preferred candidate being fast tracked to offer. As a result of Redgrave’s success in managing this search, Redgrave were mandated soon thereafter to deliver another senior level retained search process.
