Redgrave Partners were retained to hire a Divisional managing Director, to replace a long serving CEO who had grown the business under private equity ownership, before selling to a well -known PLC.
The assignment was complicated by a challenging location, complicated business model and existence of a tough culture unprepared for being led by an ‘outsider’.
We worked closely with the client, searching extensively both within the Consumer marketplace and beyond in order to find someone whose background, pedigree and leadership style would enable them to ‘move the dial’ whilst also winning over a sceptical workforce
