Specialising in Board and leadership level searches across all functions, Dan works with a broad spectrum of clients across the consumer market with a personal emphasis on leisure, travel, hospitality and retail.
Following a career in entertainment, which included starring in a long running drama for the BBC Dan built his own successful business venture in the consumer sector. His recruitment career began with a large multi-national organisation before joining Redgrave Partners as a Consultant in 2014.

Mandate: Proposition and Operations Director
The new Proposition and Operations Director would need to inject a significant level of energy, passion and dynamism into the operations of a large branded restaurant business, whilst demonstrating high levels of strategic vision and commercial breadth. There was an important requirement to influence cross functionally and help reposition the brand at a time of significant investment and transformation and against a backdrop of challenging headwinds in the sector. Given the matrix structure of the organisation, the successful candidate would require high levels of credibility to achieve maximum buy-in for a change agenda across the business, without having the typical head office functions as direct reports. The client required an excellent leader with a breadth of experience outside of traditional operations but sufficient sector expertise and hands on operational ‘know how’ to command respect from a large team, across a diverse national portfolio of sites. The client was delighted with the high calibre shortlist and made a strong and creative appointment within a tight timeline. We feel the successful candidate will inspire the team and are looking forward to seeing them succeed in the role.
