Since our launch in 2008, Redgrave’s consumer division has enjoyed a huge amount of success helping retail and FMCG clients hire exceptionally talented executives.
The current pace of change within both of these sectors is, arguably, faster than ever; technology-led changes in customer behaviour and the lowering of barriers to market entry for any new brand or retailer, have changed the way organisations need to think about ‘product’ and customers.
